Legacy Lights Support

Legacy Lights is the employee field-service app operated by WE HANG HOLIDAY LIGHTS LLC.

Get help

For sign-in, assigned jobs, maps, or completion evidence, contact your workspace administrator or email support@whhl.us. Accounts are provided by your administrator; there is no public registration.

Include your app version, iPhone model, and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords, customer gate codes, or sensitive customer photos by email.

Pending field work

If connectivity is unavailable, pending updates stay in the app. Reconnect and use Settings to check or retry them. If you need to sign in again, use the same account and workspace. Avoid clearing the saved session or deleting the app while work is waiting to sync.
